I had a let down by another plumber three years ago and have been using Will’s plumbing services since then – from annual boiler servicing to a faulty WC cistern or the odd tap dripping. Will is punctual, friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable. He treats every job with the utmost dedication, no matter how small it may be. I found his quotes are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Secure Heat for any heating and plumbing works – and my border collie adores him, which is a bonus!

We had experienced problems with servicing of our old boiler with other companies (it’s a bit of an antique, and some won’t even go near it). Will was excellent: brilliantly knowledgeable, calm & capable, did a great job and it was all excellent value. Wouldn’t use anyone else now we have found SecureHeat.

I had an issue with my boiler which turned out to be no easy fix. SecureHeat dealt with the problem professionally and came back on a couple of occasions to ensure that everything was fixed and working as it should be. I signed up for SecureHeat cover on the back of a new boiler installation Will completed in 2019 safe in the knowledge that the boiler would be covered for 10 years via the installer warranty and SecureHeat would cover annual servicing of the boiler and other gas appliances in the house such as gas fire and hob. The cover was good value and not dissimilar to what I’d been paying for the old boiler. I’d forgotten the cover also supports other areas of plumbing (in a way my previous boiler cover did not) so when I had a problem with the shower temperature it was great to have Will on hand to fix the problem swiftly, but that my policy also provided cover for the parts needed for the repair. Peace of mind. Like any insurance you hope you don’t need it, but great to know it's there for when you do.
