Will

I have been in the plumbing and heating trade for fourteen years. I take a huge amount of pride in all of Secureheat’s achievements and get a buzz from our satisfied customers. I am fully qualified in domestic and commercial gas, domestic oil and G3 unvented systems and lots of plumbing and heating qualifications. I enjoy training new staff and seeing them turn into great engineers with confidence in their ability.

I have been in the SecureHeat team for over 2 years. With over 13 year’s experience in administration, office management and with a strong belief in delivering high quality customer service it was obvious from the outset that I was the right fit for the company. My job is to make your customer experience the best it can be and support you if you have any questions. In my spare time I love cycling and spending time with my family.
